Cabin Rental

Cabin #3 sleeps 6—Four adults and up to two children. (one full-sized bed, single bunk beds, sleeping loft area could fit 2 children). 

This unit includes a kitchen with counter refrigerator, sink, microwave oven, toaster and coffee pot.  On the attached deck is a gas grill.  Limited utensils, dinnerware and cookware is available.

The cabin has air conditioning and heat, a TV as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.

This site includes a picnic table and fire ring and located next to Cabin #2 near the registration building.

Linens, towels, pillows and loft mattresses not included.  You will need to bring your own for this cabin rental.

Two-day minimum rental required for the Cabin.  Three-day minimum rental holidays.

 

Trail Users:  This cabin may be available for a one-night rental.  Call for more information.

 

Amenities included with your site rental: a swimming pool, game room and coin laundry facility.  View the Facilities page for more amenities and facilities available with your site.

Canoe, kayak and tube rental with shuttle “up river” is available for individuals or groups as well as rental of our brand new pavilion at the playground area.  Call ahead for reservations for all rentals.

Cabin Site Rental Rates 2008

Cabin #3 One Room Cabin with loft, microwave, sink, small refrigerator, toilet/shower.  Sleeps 6—Max 4 adults
	May 18—September 6	Sept 6—May 17
Nightly	$95	$60
Weekly—7th night free	$570	$360

Rental Information:

-Check-in from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm only.
-Check-out by 12:00 pm.
-Site includes a gas grill, fire ring, picnic table, central air and heat.
-Bed linens, towels, pillows not available.
-Limited plates, utensils available.
-Rates include 2 adults and 2 children.
-Extra person is $10.00 per night per person adult/$5.00 per person per night under 18.
-Max per site 6 people.
-Rent for six nights—the seventh night is FREE!

Reservation Requirements:
-Two night minimum rental for this unit.
-Three night minimum all holiday weekends.
-One night deposit required at time of reservation.
-Holiday reservations must be paid in full at time of reservation.
-Non-holiday: Payment in full is required three weeks prior to arrival date.
-Credit card security deposit of $100 required.
-Security deposit returned approximately one day after rental is checked for cleanliness and damage.
-If unit is left unclean, a $25 charge will be assessed.
-Damage charges assessed depend on extent of damage and can exceed the $100 security deposit amount.

Cancellation Policy:
Cabin Units

-Holiday cancellations: No Refunds for Holiday Cancellations.

-Cancellations more than 21 days prior to check-in date can receive a refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.  Or, reservation may be moved to another day and then there is no cancellation fee. (Must be a reservation for the same season.  May only move dates once).

-Cancel within 20 days of check-in date: No refund for one night’s fees.

No smoking.  No pets.  No overnight guests.


Quiet hours for the entire campground begin at 11:00 pm.
