Check-in after 1 pm; Check out by noon.
-Three night minimum for all holiday weekends.
-Nightly rates include water, electric* and sewage.
-Each site has a fire ring and picnic table.
-Rates include 2 adults and 2 children.
-Max per site 7 people.
-Visitor fees:  $3 per person per day/$6 overnight
-Visitors must be registered in the office each day
-Visitors must exit park by 10 pm
-Electric is metered for monthly site rentals.
-Camp for six nights—the seventh night is FREE!
-One night deposit due at time of reservation.

Seasonal Site Contracts
Available April 15-October 15 with free winter storage.  Contract includes every weekend and two full weeks on site. Electric is metered.

RV Sites

Park your RV within a stones throw from the river!

The River’s Edge Camping and Cabins has 100 full hookup sites—most within a stones-throw from the banks of the Youghiogheny River.  The RV sites have electric, sewage, water.

As you drive into the campground, you can’t miss the beautiful A-frame structure waiting to greet you.  In the A-frame, you’ll find the reservation desk, snacks and drinks, RV and camping supplies, T-shirts, and a well deserved end-of-the-day hand-dipped ice cream cone!

 

Amenities included with your site rental: private showers and restrooms, a swimming pool, game room and coin laundry facility.  View the Facilities page for more amenities and facilities available with your site.

Canoe, kayak and tube rental with shuttle “up river” is available for individuals or groups as well as rental of our brand new pavilion at the playground area.  Call ahead for reservations for all rentals.

RV’ers enjoy the River’s Edge so well that nearly half of the RV sites are occupied by Seasonal Campers.  But, don’t worry!  We still have plenty of beautiful sites for your trip to the River’s Edge!  Contact the River’s Edge office if you’d like to become a Seasonal Camper this year.
