RIVER’S EDGE CAMPING AND CABINS RECEIVES AN “A” GRADE IN THE SIXTH ANNUAL CONSUMER SATISFACTION SURVEY FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW
River’s Edge Camping and Cabins was one of 32 campgrounds, RV parks and resorts across the country to earn an all around “A” grade in the sixth annual GuestRated™ satisfaction survey of RV parks and campgrounds.
This 167-site park, located at 1101 River Edge Road, received an “A” grade in overall guest satisfaction for the year 2013. They also won this award in 2012. The top-rated parks were announced at the Knoxville Convention Center during a Nov. 7th awards ceremony hosted by the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds.
More than 30,000 camping and RV enthusiasts completed reviews in the GuestRated.com online survey, grading their experiences at 3,300 individual RV parks and campgrounds.
“Consistently earning an overall ‘A’ grade from guests is difficult, and our 32 winners this year represent less than 1% of all of the nation’s campgrounds.” said Bob MacKinnon, President and CEO of GuestRated.com, the Murrieta, CA-based company that conducted the nationwide online survey.
River’s Edge Camping and Cabins has been owned and operated by Denise Gallo and Deene Yenchochic for the last nine years. “We are grateful to have such a fantastic staff always willing to go the extra mile for our customers”, stated Gallo.
Yenchochic added, “we focus on one goal: happy campers. That simple goal has helped us meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. It’s gratifying that the surveys confirm that our team is doing a great job towards our goal.”
MacKinnon suggests that campers visit the “Best Rated Parks” page at www.guestrated.com to see where each award-winning park is located and view their individual web pages.
Camping enthusiasts are also encouraged to submit their own reviews of the campgrounds and RV resorts they have recently visited by going to www.guestrated.com and clicking on the “Rate a Park” tab. Each park receiving reviews displays a GuestRated™ Report Card showing the current year’s ratings along with comments from individual campers.
The GuestRated national online review program was launched in 2008 in collaboration with the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds.
